• Activity logs (pages accessed, steps completed, actions taken).

• Diagnostic logs (e.g., crash reports).

2.4 Shared Content

• Information voluntarily shared by the user with the in-app community of 1Step Buddy users.
• Shared content is visible only to other users and can be removed at any time by the user.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process collected data exclusively for:

• Providing and improving the Application's functionality.
• Synchronizing data across devices.
• Maintaining secure user profiles.
• Troubleshooting and service reliability.
• Supporting optional community features.
• Complying with legal obligations.

4. Data Retention Policy

We apply strict retention periods:

• User Profile Data: Retained for the lifetime of the account and for an additional 3 years after account deletion to allow account restoration if requested.
• Goals and Steps: Retained as long as the account is active. Deleted within 3 years after removal by the user or upon final account deletion.
• Activity Logs: Retained for up to 3 years , then deleted or anonymized.
• Backups: Deleted information may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
• Shared Content: Retained only until the user chooses to unshare or delete it.

5. User Rights and Controls

You may:

• Access your stored data.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Delete specific goals, steps, or your entire account.
• Request a full export of your data.
• Request complete deletion of all personal data.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, analytics) strictly for operational purposes and under confidentiality agreements.
