Terms of Service – 1Step Buddy

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application 1Step Buddy ("the Application"), which is developed and operated by Creo Innova.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Application. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Application. By creating an account or using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Application require creating a user profile by providing an email address, a name or nickname, and login credentials.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password,
• all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Application

You agree to use the Application only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not:

• misuse the Application in a way that harms other users or the service itself,
• upload or share unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content,
• infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, servers, or networks.

5. Community and User-Generated Content

The Application may include community features that allow you to share goals, progress, or other content ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC").

• You remain the owner of your content.
• By sharing UGC, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Application.
• You are fully responsible for any UGC you post.
• You may not share content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content at our discretion if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain features may be offered as paid services, including one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.

• Payments: Processed through the relevant app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store).
• Subscriptions: Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via your app store settings.
• Refunds: Handled under the policies of the app store where the purchase was made.
• Price Changes: We may adjust prices or introduce new charges. Users will be notified in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., Google login, cloud hosting, analytics). Use of such services is governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, remain the property of Creo Innova or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

1Step Buddy is intended as a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creo Innova shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creo Innova, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Application, including your User-Generated Content or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability and Force Majeure

We strive to keep the Application available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, or force majeure events.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Application at any time and request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Creo Innova regarding your use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Application or by email. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance.
